Job Description

Prepare and sterilize operatories and dental instruments following strict aseptic protocols
Set up and clean your own operatory efficiently to maintain smooth patient flow
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and overall health maintenance
Administer local anesthetics to patients as needed
Assist patients with oral hygiene instructions, especially post-surgery or dental procedures
Prepare patients for dental appointments and, when applicable, for visits with medical or dental specialists
Collaborate with dentists during patient appointments to ensure high-quality care
Administer treatments including medications, pre- and post-procedure examinations, oral hygiene guidance, and wound care in-office or via telehealth when applicable
Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to document patient care accurately and efficiently
Uphold patient safety and confidentiality standards at all times

Salary Range

Part-time $40 - $45 per hour
