DESCRIPTION
Brunchella, a new brunch concept opening in Carytown, Richmond, is seeking an experienced Line Cook with at least 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a highvolume brunch environment. We are building a quality-driven kitchen focused on consistency, presentation, and strong execution. This is not an entry-level role - we are looking for someone who understands timing, egg cookery, flat-top execution, and maintaining standards during peak brunch hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute brunch menu items with consistency and speed
  • Properly cook eggs, proteins, and griddle items to order
  • Maintain clean and organized station
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Assist with prep and inventory control
  • Work efficiently during high-volume weekend shifts

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
