Job description

Our Line Cooks work directly under our Executive Chef to execute dishes in a high-volume environment. You'll enjoy an energetic work environment where you can learn about beer and brewing, with room for growth within the company for the right candidate.

We are looking for both highly motivated and experienced cooks with prior line experience in a high-volume kitchen. Must be dependable, hard-working, and be able to work nights and weekends. Ideal candidate has a culinary degree or similar work experience. This is not an entry-level position, and all candidates should have detailed knowledge of all aspects of the line and be comfortable working in high-stress situations.

AVAILABILITY: Full time, Part time

ABOUT US: Nepenthe Brewing Co. is an award-winning brewery & restaurant. Located in Hampden right off the Avenue, we’re focused on modern and experimental beers paired with elevated creative pub food. Our taproom features a quick-service model where guests order at the bar with a mix of communal and intimate seating.
