Job Description
  • Assist with insurance defense litigation matters from intake through resolution
  • Support partners and senior associates with depositions, discovery, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
  • Gain exposure to premises liability, auto and trucking claims, construction defects, fire losses, subrogation, and coverage disputes
  • Work closely with experienced attorneys and receive structured training and guidance
  • Collaborate with paralegal and legal support staff to develop strong case management skills
Qualifications
  • 0 to 2 years of civil or criminal litigation experience
  • Active Ohio Bar license or bar eligibility
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
