• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses and devising individualized treatment plans.
• Provide tailored therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring safety and stability.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records inclusive of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to all ethical and legal guidelines.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for our clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources, advocating for their needs and rights throughout the treatment process.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training, to remain informed about the latest best practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

Your role will involve working with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health disorders. You will help clients manage issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and more. We aim to empower clients by providing them with coping strategies and skills to enhance their quality of life.

• Must be currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

While having prior clinical experience is preferred, entry-level candidates demonstrating strong potential and a commitment to patient care will also be considered. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous, as it will assist in maintaining organized and efficient client documentation.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
