Job description

For more than 30 years, ProCharger (a division of Accessible Technologies, Inc.) has been designing, engineering, and manufacturing intercooled centrifugal supercharger systems for street, street/strip, and racing applications on cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and boats — proudly designed and built in the USA at our headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas.

ProCharger's history is full of the kind of moments that get enthusiasts fired up. A few highlights from our three-plus decades of chasing more power and more speed:

  • First to bring a complete, intercooled centrifugal supercharger system to the aftermarket
  • In 2000, built the first gear-driven centrifugal supercharger with self-contained oiling — the same year ProCharger-boosted cars became the first centrifugally-supercharged vehicles to run 6-second, 200+ mph quarter-mile passes
  • In 2006, powered Bo Butner to the first NHRA national championship ever won on a centrifugal supercharger
  • Engineered the first fully intercooled supercharger system for the Corvette Z06's LS7 engine
  • Holds more CARB emissions-legal (EO-certified) supercharger systems than any other manufacturer, including the first and only certified centrifugal supercharger on the market
  • Built the world's first — and most powerful — supercharger system for the C8 Corvette
  • Systems used in everything from 800+ hp streetable daily drivers to race cars pushing past 4,500 horsepower
  • ProCharger-boosted racers continue to set national records and win championships today, across drag racing and land-speed events alike

If you're the kind of person who already knows your quarter-mile time, follows build threads, or just loves anything that goes fast, you're exactly who we're looking for. Our dedication to innovation and continuous product development is what keeps ProCharger at the front of the pack — and why so many people on our team started out as fans of the products before they ever worked here.
