Description

We have a third party Financial Services client that is seeking a REMOTE Bilingual French Customer Service Agent. Customer Service Representatives will be calling on auto leases and loans to customers who have inefficiencies in their insurance. This could be due to it being cancelled, missing a payment, something missing in the document, etc. The customer service rep will be calling the customer on behalf of the insurance (Capital One, GM, BMW, Audi, Credit Unions, etc.) to gather more information. Overall, they are assisting customers with problem resolutions to make sure all insurance requirements are met **All informative calls, not sales or collections** Daily Duties: -14 calls an hour, 100% on the phones all day - Verify insurance with agents (for example if a deduction is too high). - Upload information to company's internal website. - Leave scripted messages when insurance agents don't answer the phone (based on client approved messages). Shift: Bilingual French - 10:30am to 7:00pm CST, Tuesday through Friday; and 7:00am to 4pm CST Saturday. Training: First 3 weeks 8:30-5, they will go through class room training, shadowing, and handling calls with people listening in. There will be an assessment at the end of week 3 that will need to be passed at 80% in order to transition to the offered shift. If you do not pass, you will have one more week to clear the assessment or the assignment will be terminated.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
