Your Impact:
You will be the Continuous Improvement Engineer Senior (Level 3) for the Production Excellence team which is responsible for enhancing producibility, product quality, and process optimization across engineering disciplines.
What You Will Be Doing:
As the Continuous Improvement Engineer Senior (Level 3) you will be responsible for applying Lean Six Sigma techniques, analyzing operational workflows, driving costreduction studies, leading Kaizen events and training, and supporting facility and equipment planning.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Apply Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools to improve production performance and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sequences of operations, workflow, and equipment layouts to optimize plant utilization and reduce cycle times.
- Conduct costcontrol and processoptimization studies, and implement modification plans based on findings.
- Lead multiday Kaizen events, provide continuousimprovement training, and facilitate A3 problemsolving teams.
- Support facility and equipment design, modification, and mistakeproofing initiatives in partnership with facilities engineers.
