Sales Representative

As a Surface Experts Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
  • On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
  • In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders... etc.

Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships
  • Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
  • Enjoys working with people
  • Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
  • Earning the trust with our Customers

Working within a sales team and process
  • Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
  • Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
  • Reporting accurately and weekly
  • Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications:
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
  • Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
  • Professional, caring and service-minded
  • Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

Preferred Skills:
  • General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
  • Experience using CRM tool and process
  • Experience working in base + commission environment

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
