Provide high-quality preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including adult and child prophylaxis, fluoride varnish application, and scaling/root planing
Set up and break down operatories, including tray setup and instrument sterilization
Utilize intraoral cameras and take digital radiographs
Educate and communicate effectively with patients on oral health, treatment plans, and preventive care
Prepare goodie bags and promote a friendly, welcoming environment
Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver excellent patient care

Salary Range

Part-time $68 - $75 per hour

Requirements
  • Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
  • Licensed dental hygienist

Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Virginia)
Minimum 1 year of dental hygiene experience (entry-level candidates with strong skills considered)
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
Passion for patient education and oral health promotion
