Catalis serves both private practices and large dental service organizations (DSOs), combining local laboratory relationships with the resources and consistency of a national platform. The company operates a growing multistate footprint through its integrated lab network, including locations across Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Texas, and Utah.

Position Summary

The Corporate Accounts Specialist plays a key role in driving growth and supporting field execution across Catalis Lab Group Divisions and customer base.  This highly mobile, project-based role provides on-the-ground sales and relationship support for strategic initiatives such as DSO and GPO implementations and blitz campaigns.

This position is ideal for a hands-on, adaptable sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments, is a road-warrior who’s energized by nationwide travel, can quickly establish rapport with dental professionals, and ensures consistent customer experience and revenue performance across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project-Based Sales Execution

  • Serve as temporary in-market support for high-priority initiatives, including DSO &GPO onboarding, tradeshows, and sponsorships
  • Execute short-term “blitz” projects to penetrate target accounts and territories identified by leadership

2. Customer Engagement & Revenue Growth

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with dentists, office managers, and DSO/GPO support teams.
  • Educate customers on products, digital workflows, Intraoral Scanners, and value propositions
  • Achieve project-specific sales goals and contribute to overall revenue and case growth targets.

3. DSO &Strategic Account Support

  • Participate in DSO/GPO implementation planning, training, and rollout activities.
  • Collaborate with corporate and regional operations to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.
  • Gather field feedback and relay insights on customer needs, service performance, and competitive dynamics.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Marketing to ensure consistent execution across initiatives.
  • Provide input on materials, presentations, and messaging used in field activation efforts.
  • Represent Catalis at trade shows, CE events, and customer meetings as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.  entry level candidates will be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to adapt to different customer types and team environments.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to manage time and priorities in field-based settings.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time (cross-country/multiday travel)
