Business Support Coordinator (Bilingual Korean/English)

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

Employment Type: Contract (6 Months)


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support for B2B business activities. This role will manage key business processes, including contract administration, order management, billing coordination, and cross-functional communication.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end B2B business operations, including contract execution, Deal Desk support, and order-to-delivery coordination.
  • Support contract review and approval processes, purchase order (PO) management, customer billing, and accounts receivable/payable activities.
  • Utilize systems such as SAP and Salesforce to process transactions, maintain accurate records, and support business operations.
  • Coordinate with Business, Accounting, Legal, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support financial audits by maintaining accurate documentation, records, and compliance-related materials.
  • Partner with Accounting teams to assist with invoicing, sales tax processing, financial reconciliation, and reporting activities.
  • Monitor business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and increased operational efficiency.
  • Provide support for additional business projects and operational initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in business operations, sales operations, contract administration, finance support, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with SAP (SD module preferred) and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting B2B operations, channel business, or enterprise customers is a plus.
  • Professional proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
