We operate in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia area and are seeking a Junior Sales Associate to help grow our business and promote critical fire and life safety solutions for commercial kitchens.
This is your opportunity to gain valuable experience, work closely with leadership, and be part of a company that protects lives and property through compliance and safety.
Compensation
  • In the first 4 weeks, all new agents are eligible for $250 bonuses totaling $1,000.
  • This is a full time role where we compensate your work through multiple types of compensation. First-year entry level agents average $60,000 - $80,000.
  • First year agents can also receive up to $10,000 in additional income through our sales bonus programs.
  • This is a Commission Only Position - Earn 20% on every sale. You will receive priority leads in the first month to help build your base

  • Present and explain services to potential customers through virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Help prepare proposals and follow up with leads.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.
