Job description

Must love dogs!
Get paid to work, play, and care for dogs all day!
Join a fun, fast-paced team of dog lovers in a hands-on, active environment.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Supervise and safely manage groups of dogs during playtime
  • Monitor dog behavior, health, and interactions
  • Feed dogs and assist with medications as needed
  • Clean and sanitize play areas and cabins daily
  • Communicate with pet parents in a friendly, professional manner
  • Support team operations to keep shifts running smoothly
  • Lead a team of 6–8 staff (Shift Lead responsibilities)
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Must love dogs and be comfortable with all breeds and sizes
  • Experience with dogs (daycare, kennel, vet, grooming, or similar) preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred (not required – training provided)
  • Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, active environment
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays
