Start down your Road to Success in a Sales Internship with C & B! C & B Equipment is an industry leading John Deere dealer that has continued to grow for over 35 years. We have a Sales Internship position available to work in three of our Minnesota locations: Pipestone, Slayton, and Tracy.

Essential Duties:

  • Interns will have the ability to work side-by-side with Sales Representatives serving our customers and gaining experience you will not soon forget. Individuals will develop comprehensive knowledge in relationship development, selling skills, John Deere product knowledge, precision agriculture, inventory management and so much more.
  • Selected interns will get part-time on-the-job experience at one of our locations where we offer competitive wages and great hands-on experience. In the future, full-time opportunities may be available to continue your growth and development.

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of John Deere equipment and precision products
    • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store locations and customers
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office and internet functions
    • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
    • Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
