Project Coordinator

Japanese manufacturing company in Toledo, OH is seeking for a Project Coordinator. Salary: $60,000/year. Support the execution of automotive production and launch projects across the organization. Will serve as the day-to-day coordination lead for assigned projects from kick-off through closure. Responsible for customer communication, schedule follow-up, internal cross-functional coordination, documentation, issue tracking, and timely escalation. Each Project Coordinator is expected to support approximately two to three active projects, depending on complexity and workload.

  • Regular site work in Toledo, Ohio.
  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as business needs require.
  • Occasional travel to customer, supplier, or company locations may be required.
  • The position may require extended periods of computer work and participation in production-floor activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience in project coordination, manufacturing, automotive production, production launch, or a related environment is preferred.
