Job Summary: The Information Systems (IS) Analyst supports the Senior IS Analyst in maintaining

and enhancing the organization's information systems infrastructure. This role focuses on

ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations that support the firm's manufacturing, quality, and

business functions. The IS Analyst will provide frontline technical support, assist with hardware

and software installations, and contribute to routine system maintenance and inventory

management.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic hardware and software support to end users.
  • Install and configure standard hardware peripherals and software.
  • Handle initial setup of workstations for new employees.
  • Manage routine system maintenance tasks.
  • Provide telephone, in-person, and online support to end-users.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
  • Document common issues and solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
