โ€ข Travel between office and shop locations to provide support
โ€ข Set up new computers, devices, and equipment
โ€ข Help troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
โ€ข Work in shop environments supporting workstations, tool controllers, and shop systems
โ€ข Act as "remote hands" for senior IT or outside vendors
โ€ข Help with employee setup (new hires, equipment, accounts)
โ€ข Track and manage IT equipment inventory
โ€ข Go to job sites in the Houston area when needed
What We're Looking For
โ€ข Basic IT knowledge (Windows, hardware, Microsoft 365)
โ€ข Dependable and able to get the job done
โ€ข Comfortable working in shop/industrial environments
โ€ข Able to follow direction and work through tickets
โ€ข Good attitude and willingness to learn
โ€ข Able to lift and move equipment when needed
โ€ข Valid driver's license and able to travel locally
Position Requirements
Nice to Have (Not Required)
โ€ข 1+ year of IT support experience
โ€ข CompTIA A+ or similar certification
โ€ข Experience working in a shop or field environment
Work Environment
โ€ข Mix of office, shop floor, and job sites
โ€ข Local travel required (Houston and surrounding areas)
โ€ข Hands-on work - not just sitting behind a desk
Why This Job
โ€ข Good entry point into IT
โ€ข Hands-on experience across multiple environments
โ€ข Opportunity to grow into higher-level IT roles
