Role Summary: 

Position Purpose 

CompQsoft Digital is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Mexico. This role plays a critical function in supporting delivery operations, helping project managers execute efficiently, and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional experience. This role allows senior leaders to stay focused on strategic execution by managing key project tasks, documentation, and communications. 

Position Purpose: 

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Client Experience and Project Management teams to maintain structure, clarity, and momentum across delivery engagements. From tracking deliverables to scheduling meetings and preparing reports, this role ensures that no detail is missed and that internal and client teams remain aligned. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in project planning, tracking timelines, milestones, and dependencies. 
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports. 
  • Organize team meetings, create agendas, and follow up on action items. 
  • Coordinate across internal departments (PM, Engineering, Sales, Support). 
  • Help with onboarding materials, resource allocations, and project calendars. 
  • Track risks and issues, create mitigation or resolution plans, and escalate appropriately. 
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions of delivery and PMO. 
  • Prepare presentations and client communications as needed. 
  • Manages project tasks in Azure DevOps (ADO). 
  • Manages critical path schedule in Microsoft Project. 

Ideal Candidate: 

  • Detail-oriented and naturally organized. 
  • Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. 
  • Strong interpersonal communicator with a can-do attitude. 
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities under deadlines. 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. 

Desired Requirements: 

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a support role. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and MS Teams. 
  • Experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, or Microsoft Project is a plus. 
  • Experience with various delivery methodologies including Waterfall and Scrum. 
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or working towards certification 
  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred. 
  • Availability to work US hours when required.
