FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an IT Project Manager to execute IT projects within our organization. Once a part of the team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions that support manufacturing operations, enhance productivity, and improve system efficiencies. 
This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and an understanding of IT systems, will work in a manufacturing environment, and will have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand a career in Smart Manufacturing. 

Responsibilities
  • Lead IT projects related to SMT manufacturing, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation.  
  • Develop project plans, scope, objectives, and timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams.  
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and other IT solutions.  
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to align IT solutions with operational needs.  
  • Manage IT infrastructure projects, including hardware, software, and networking solutions for manufacturing facilities.  
  • Identify potential risks, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and develop mitigation strategies.  
  • Ensure IT security, compliance, and best practices are followed in all projects.  
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure and implement IT solutions.  
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of new technologies.  
  • Monitor project progress, generate reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders. 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' Manufacturing or IT experience required 
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Strong understanding of SMT manufacturing processes and related IT systems.  
  • Experience with MES, ERP, SCADA, and other industrial automation systems.  
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).  
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networking.  
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.  
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Office 365 applications
