Job Summary:
Datasoft Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Technical Project Lead to oversee the implementation of IT solutions in a global context. The role involves designing and developing IT architecture, managing projects, and ensuring the availability and continuous development of IT systems.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the holistic implementation of requirements from various business initiatives in an international environment.
• Design and develop IT architecture, technical standardization, the follow-through of non-functional requirements, the IT concept and the technical specification, the allocation and control of development, software quality assurance, and the acceptance and integration of solutions into the application landscape.
• Ensure the sustainability of IT in domestic and international locations.
• Ensure that IT systems are available for business processes and develop them continuously.
• Achieve overall optimal solutions by working closely together with teams of specialists for business processes, IT technologies, IT processes and project managers.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously as needed.
• Navigate an international environment, network with a broad range of departments and partners.
• Steer external partners to ensure that the appropriate resources required for project and maintenance build support are secured and delivered.
• Offer solution-oriented advice for projects in the planning and control of the solution build space.
• Include securing operational, cost-and risk-optimized IT architecture, as well as the definition of IT technical requirements within the project.
• Plan and responsible for the maintenance of solutions and further development when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the operations supervisor.
• Work with Java Spring Boot, Apache Spark, EMR clusters, SQL, Matillion, FRMS, shell scripting, GoCD, Terraform Enterprise (TFE), Ansible, AWS services and GoAnywhere SFTP automation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field plus two years of related experience.
• Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable.
• Must have at least 1 year experience working with Java Spring Boot, Apache Spark, EMR clusters, SQL, Matillion, FRMS, shell scripting, GoCD, Terraform Enterprise (TFE), Ansible, AWS services and GoAnywhere SFTP automation.
