Position Overview

The Supply Chain Assistant is an entry-level role supporting the implementation of the 2-Bin inventory system within a hospital environment. This position involves organizing, labeling, and stocking medical supply carts while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with building, organizing, and labeling supply carts as part of the 2-Bin system implementation.
  • Stock medical supplies into designated bins following established guidelines.
  • Accurately label bins and carts to support proper identification and inventory tracking.
  • Transport supply carts to designated locations within the hospital.
  • Maintain and organize supply carts according to department standards.
  • Support hardware setup and inventory maintenance for supply systems.
  • Collaborate with team leads and supply chain staff to ensure timely project completion.
  • Follow all hospital safety and health protocols while handling supplies.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
