Got a knack for fixing things? Love working with your hands? We're looking for an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician who's eager to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and grow even faster.


This isn't a "sit-at-a-desk" job. It's hands-on, mechanical, and takes you into real industrial environments where your work matters. If you like variety, teamwork, and seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day--keep reading.


What You'll Do

  • Learn new skills on the job. Work alongside experienced technicians and learn the ins and outs of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform specific duties during both operating and non-operating hours in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and equipment installations.
  • Conducts routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency breakdowns.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and request new materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Travel to different job sites (no two days are the same!)
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • Entry-level candidates welcome--mechanical aptitude beats experience.
  • Basic hand tool knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • Strong work ethic and a "figure-it-out" attitude.
  • Must be willing to travel to multiple sites. Raleigh, NC, Durham, NC, and occasionally Wilmington, NC.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, heights, confined spaces)
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bilingual a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push, and pull objects.
  • Ability to regularly lift 50lbs and occasionally lift up to 100lbs.
  • Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift objects of various dimensions and weights.
