Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Inventory Control, you will be responsible for accurate inventory values in our building and for our customers: RK stores. It is IC's responsibility to find, track, and communicate all issues relating to inaccurate inventory, processes, procedures, or disciplines and communicate these issues with proper leadership.

    • Make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in the lives of our customers and the communities we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

    • Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
    • Responsible for the accuracy of bins in the working area through bin audits and appropriate cycle count cadence.
    • Ensures timely and accurate flow of freight through standard reporting.
    • Audits purchase orders before posting to the host (Oracle)
    • Responsible for using desktop terminals, RF scan guns, and all Microsoft functions to identify, resolve and communicate all system/inventory issues.
    • Responsible for compliance in process and procedure for all operational practices relating to all inventory management.
    • Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
    • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
    • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
    • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
