We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Client Service Representatives for our language services company. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating translation projects, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and delivering effective solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize client inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining accurate records of interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers and linguists, to coordinate translation and language-related projects according to client requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide accurate and detailed project briefs to ensure clear understanding of client expectations and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address potential issues, and keep clients informed of project status updates.
  • Assist clients with navigating our online platforms and tools, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Upsell and cross-sell company services to existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional language-related solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, services, and technologies to provide knowledgeable and proactive support to clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes, suggesting innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., linguistics, communications, international relations) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the language services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one other language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
