Job Description

As a retail data collection associate, you would be a part of our CROSSMARK Field Intelligence Team. The primary function of this team is to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores collecting observational data about product placement and inventory information. To do this, you would spend the majority of your day walking and standing on the sales floor using a handheld device (which will be provided) to scan products. The work is typically performed Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm. You would often be given 1-3 days to complete assigned work however some projects do require a specific day or time for collections and may require weekends. Hours per week 11-15 Great Supplemental Income!!!

Field intelligence reps will also have the opportunity to receive performance incentive pay when completing causal display work projects. The incentive pay is based on a weighted scan rate and could earn you an additional $1.00 - $4.00 per hour in addition to the base hourly rate. Once the initial one-on-one training is complete, this job provides some scheduling flexibility with the expectation that assigned work is completed within a specified deadline.

Qualifications

Retail experience, merchandising skills, execute a PlanOgram, reliable transportation to travel locally to grocery, mass merchant, and drug stores, fast learner, independent worker, access to a computer with internet connection to complete Afterhire onboarding paperwork (I9). Must live near following zip code 34102.
