Entry-Level Accounting & Finance Associate
South Bay, CA | Temp-to-Hire | $25-$27/hour

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Torrance area seeking a motivated early-career professional with strong academic achievement, analytical skills, and the potential to grow into future leadership opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career within accounting, finance, or business operations.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions
  • Support account reconciliations and financial reporting activities
  • Analyze financial and operational data using Excel
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and data analysis for management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • Recent graduate or early-career professional
  • Internship experience in accounting, finance, banking, business operations, or related field highly preferred
  • Strong academic record; GPA of 3.3+ preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
