Job description

An AV-Rated law firm in Miami is actively seeking a motivated Senior Associate Lawyer with substantial experience in Business Litigation. Our client is a distinguished firm specializing in business litigation and personal injury, renowned for providing top tier, seasoned legal services. Their expertise encompasses Business Litigation, Receiverships & Securities Litigation, Employment Law, Corporate Governance, Real Property Litigation, Intellectual Property & Trademark Litigation, Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights, Appellate Advocacy, Personal Injury, and Wrongful Death.


The ideal candidate will engage in research and the drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and appellate briefs. The role also demands the independent management of discovery and depositions in multi-party litigation across state and federal courts.


Key responsibilities:
