We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Application Intake Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our borrowers.

The Application Intake Coordinator is responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for every borrower by guiding them through the mortgage application process.

This position serves as the bridge between our Sales and Operations Departments by helping borrowers complete applications, collecting documentation, maintaining communication, and preparing complete files for our Operations Team.

This is an entry-level position with a career path to learn and grow.
