Position Overview

Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train production associates who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem solving.

We are currently looking to fill 12-Hour Swing shift openings. No prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Training is provided for all entry-level roles.
