Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service and Support:

    • Provide high-quality customer service to house accounts and walk-in customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
    • Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.
