Hotstart designs, manufacturers, and sells innovative thermal management solutions for customers in a variety of industrial equipment markets. We have an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our sales team in Spokane, WA. We are searching for a highly motivated candidate to provide timely and effective support to our customers.

Requirements:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Answer phones and emails in a fast paced environment and help customers with product info, pricing, availability, new orders, order status and troubleshooting

· Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction

· Coordinate internally with engineering, production and quality assurance to assist customers

· Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution

· Support Market Managers by working closely on major accounts, assisting with new products and new sales opportunities

· Contribute to team effort by accepting additional customer and/or system related responsibilities as necessary


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

· PC skills (including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)

· Prior experience working within an ERP or CRM system is highly desirable

· Ability to effectively organize workload and prioritize

· Possess strong problem-solving skills

· Motivated to learn about all aspects of Hotstart products, applications, and markets

· Great attitude and lots of enthusiasm


Education/Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Customer Service background

· Knowledge of diesel engines/equipment/trucks, electricity, and mechanical aptitude is a plus
