Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
  • Processing endorsements, submitting new business to carriers, and issuing insurance documentation.
  • Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
  • Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and document it per agency standards

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty License Required.
  • 2+ years of Insurance Customer Service/Sales experience.
  • Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software.
