We're seeking a Farmers Insurance Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients while helping maintain the high standards that define our agency. In this role, you'll assist clients with policy servicing, billing inquiries, documentation requests, and general account support. You'll play an important role in building strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to better serve customers through additional insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys helping others.
- Base pay $18-$23 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Process policy changes, including vehicles, drivers, and coverage updates
- Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance and policy documents
- Assist clients with billing questions, policy reviews, and claims reporting
- Support policy renewals and account servicing activities
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products
Requirements- Prior customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and agency management systems
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing
