  • Process policy changes, including vehicles, drivers, and coverage updates
  • Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance and policy documents
  • Assist clients with billing questions, policy reviews, and claims reporting
  • Support policy renewals and account servicing activities
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products
