Job description

Job Description & Requirements

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become part of our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and managing behavior analytic services for clients diagnosed with autism and related disorders. Occasional travel may be necessary for client visits, supervision sites, and team meetings.

Hourly Rate:

Starting at $45

This position is fully remote and requires a commitment to a schedule that aligns with client needs and your availability. You must be available for at least five weekdays, covering a minimum of two time blocks (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). Your caseload will be coordinated with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director of ABA Client Intake, Admissions, and Planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs.
  • Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and their families.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as required (approximately 20-30% travel).
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Utilize electronic health record systems proficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst (if applicable in your state).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering ABA therapy to individuals with autism.
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and ABA methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
