GKM Insurance is seeking motivated individuals who are ready to launch a rewarding career in the life insurance industry with a clear path to agency ownership.
This is a commission-based opportunity, not a base salary position. Earnings are based on sales performance, consistency, activity level, and the ability to follow our training and sales system.
Whether you're already licensed or completely new to insurance, we provide the training, mentorship, and systems needed to help you succeed. We are looking for ambitious professionals who want more than just a job — they want an opportunity to create long-term income, leadership opportunities, and business ownership.
What You'll DoWe are seeking individuals who are:
Former business owners, sales professionals, entrepreneurs, military veterans, educators, mortgage professionals, and insurance agents are highly encouraged to apply.
No Insurance License?No problem.
We hire both licensed and unlicensed individuals. If you're not currently licensed, we'll provide guidance and support throughout the licensing process.
What We OfferFull-time agents who consistently follow our training and activity guidelines have the potential to earn $75,000 or more during their first year.
Top performers and agency builders can significantly exceed these earnings through leadership and agency ownership opportunities.
