Your primary job responsibilities would include building exceptional customer relationships, marketing to gain new customers, reviewing accounts for accuracy and needed updates, funding loans, collections, and customer acquisitions.

Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to working closely with and supporting others in a positive, team environment to enhance the customer experience, maintaining a clean and professional office environment, safeguarding company monies & property, assisting in managing P&L's, adhering to all company policies, procedures, creed, and industry laws, staying up to date on all company trainings and industry laws, calling and documenting calls to past, present, and future customers, educating customers on the terms and conditions of the contract, following instructions and responding to management direction and reporting for work on time, as scheduled and ready to begin your work day.

Experience in the industry is welcome, but not necessary. You'll gain loads of experience, but before you do you should already possess the following skills:

  • Problem-solving skills; including the ability to negotiate payment terms
  • Communication skills; including the flexibility to work with different personalities
