A NORMAL DAY FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This full-time entry-level administrative position in our office works from 12 PM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday with weekends off.
As a Customer Service Rep, you use your excellent customer service skills, you greet guests as they enter the showroom and ensure they feel comfortable. You answer the phone in a timely manner and direct the call to the appropriate personnel when customers call for information. Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, you professionally speak to customers, even when they're upset with the service they've received.
Additionally, you cross-train to help with our back desk area and are happy to take on any task that comes your way. As needed, you issue temp tags through our online system as well as maintain deal folders and ensure they're ready for our sales team. The front desk area is always clean and tidy under your watch. You enjoy having a job that uses your strong administrative and office skills, and you take great pride in knowing your hard work keeps our dealership running at optimal levels!
