Megan Green State Farm is seeking an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative. This is an in-office telemarketing position where you’ll connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and help grow one of the area’s top-performing State Farm agencies.
No insurance experience is required. We’ll train the right person and provide a clear path to becoming a fully licensed insurance professional.
What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Schedule appointments for our licensed team
  • Build relationships and identify insurance needs
  • Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records
  • Help support marketing and customer outreach efforts
  • Meet daily and monthly activity goals
Career Advancement

This is an entry-level position designed to develop into a fully licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health Account Manager.
