Job description

Description
Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Growth) - Beechwood Realty | Moreno Valley, CA
This is a full time sales role for a licensed California real estate agent who is ready to build a serious, sustainable business in the Inland Empire market. You will work directly with buyers and sellers across a 25-mile service area, generating leads, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions from start to finish.
This is not a passive opportunity. The agents who succeed here are the ones who treat real estate like the business it is by prospecting daily, following up consistently, and executing a plan without being told twice. In return, Beechwood Realty provides the leads, tools, training, and support to make hitting 8 to 15 closed transactions per year a realistic and achievable goal.
You will have access to Zillow Flex leads from day one, a CRM with IDX, one-on-one coaching, and an ownership team that is physically present and genuinely invested in your growth. Whether you are closing your first deal or your five hundredth, you will have the backing of a brokerage that has been operating in this market for over 20 years.
