Job Summary
Join a collaborative outpatient care team where your nursing expertise will make a meaningful difference every day. We are currently hiring a part-time Anticoagulation Registered Nurse to support patients through education, assessment, medication management, and compassionate follow-up care in a dynamic ambulatory setting.
Schedule and Location
This is a part-time, 20-hour-per-week position based on site at 19 Old Rollinsford Road in Dover. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with two 8-hour days and one 4-hour day.

What You'll Do
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care in an outpatient setting.
• Assess patients, support care planning, and help ensure safe and effective anticoagulation management.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, follow-up care, and safety considerations.
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, support IV therapy when needed, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Uphold infection control standards and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse state license required.
  • Basic Life Support certification preferred.
  • Clinical nursing experience required; ambulatory care or outpatient experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare environment with electronic medical records and clinical technology.
  • A commitment to compassionate care, patient education, and continued professional growth.
