Job description

Overview of Responsibilities:
Assembly and Secondary Operations Responsibilities -
General Molding and White Room Molding
  • Performs trimming operations as required per work instructions
  • Assembles parts per work instructions
  • Entry-level use of microscope and other tools as required
  • Weighs, sorts, and packages parts per work instructions
  • Performs hand and machine stamping procedures
  • Removes scrap material from molded parts
  • Anneals parts per work instructions

Precision Components
  • Perform deburring operations as required per work instructions
  • Perform part washing operations as required per work instructions
  • Weigh, sort, and package parts per work instructions
  • Proper handling of parts possibly smaller than 1/8" by 1/8"
  • Perform part assembly as required per work instructions

Machine Operation Responsibilities -
General Molding and White Room Molding
  • Operates auxiliary equipment such as but not limited to Sonic Welding Machine, Laser Welder, Pad Printer, Leak Tester and Auto-bagger
  • Operate one or more Injection Molding Presses
  • Perform part washing operations as required per work instructions

Inspection Responsibilities
  • Visual inspection and gauging of parts for foreign material and defects per work instructions
  • Entry-level use of microscope and other tools to determine part quality

Refer all deficiencies to production support personnel
General Responsibilities
  • Perform primarily entry level production tasks as assigned
  • Follow all Part Specific Work Instructions as written
  • Accurately complete appropriate paperwork and/or enters data into computer
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area per safety manual and Part Specific Work Instructions
  • Responsibility to protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property
  • Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly preferred

Other Qualifications and Desired Skills:
  • Ability to learn basic data entry on personal computer

Physical Requirements:
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds
