Information Systems Analyst
Location: Birmingham, AL (On-site)

Role Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Information Systems Analyst to support a collaborative team responsible for internal applications, data management, and operational support. This role is suited for entry level candidates or early-career professionals interested in gaining experience in data systems and utility operations. The position focuses on supporting in-house programs, databases, and internal tools used by field and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Support in-house program development and internal tools.
• Perform data management and database support using SQL Server.
• Run basic SQL queries and database searches.
• Process notifications and operational workflows for field teams.
• Support Information Systems Data Analysts.
• Handle miscellaneous technical and administrative tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to free up senior team members for advanced development work.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field, or near completion.
Technical Skills: Foundational understanding of databases, SQL Server, and the ability to perform basic query searches.
Work Location: Ability to work full-time on-site in Birmingham, AL.
Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to OutSystems or similar low-code development platforms.
• Experience in data management or operations support.
• Interest in utilities or field-based operational environments.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position in Birmingham, AL. The role follows standard business hours with a flexible schedule option available. The initial contract duration is approximately six months, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
