Entry-Level IT Support Representative
Location: Warrensville Heights, OH (On-site)
Are you passionate about technology and ready to launch your career in IT support? Provide A Ride is looking for an Entry-Level IT Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of help desk experience who want to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues quickly and effectively
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary

Help Desk Management
  • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets
  • Document issues, solutions, and follow-ups in the ticketing system
  • Ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction

Hardware & Software Maintenance
  • Set up and maintain computers, printers, and mobile devices
  • Install and update software and operating systems
  • Maintain antivirus and system updates across devices

Training & Documentation
  • Assist in onboarding new users with basic IT orientation
  • Create easy-to-follow guides and documentation for common IT tasks and troubleshooting
  • Promote best practices for system use and security

IT Asset Management
  • Track and update IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses
  • Support equipment procurement and returns

Team Collaboration
  • Work with IT team members on projects, upgrades, and system improvements
  • Share ideas to improve IT operations and end-user experience
