Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Varicent Analyst (Functional Business Analyst – Incentive Compensation)
to join their team. As a Varicent Analyst (Functional Business Analyst – Incentive Compensation), you will be part of the Business Execution department supporting strategic planning and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative mindset, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Varicent Analyst (Functional Business Analyst – Incentive Compensation)
Locations: Chandler, AZ /Charlotte, NC/ Minneapolis, MN(Hybrid)

Key Summary for this role:

  • Varicent or Incentive Compensation experience
  • Strong data analysis and requirements gathering background
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams

Core responsibilities:
  • Implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent
  • Translate compensation/product requirements into data specs (field definitions, transformations, validation rules)
  • Data analysis for input/output validation and risk identification
  • Cross-functional work with product, data engineering, tech teams
  • Documentation: requirements, process flows, data definitions
  • Testing, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution
  • Data discovery/onboarding/integration support
