Job description

A multi-specialty medical group based in southern Connecticut is adding an Internal Medicine Physician. The practice focuses on patient-centered, personalized care, offering comprehensive primary care, preventive services, and chronic disease management with an emphasis on accessibility and coordinated treatment. As a nonprofit organization, we also engage in teaching and support graduate medical education.

About the Opportunity:

  • Total outpatient
  • Shared call with a large call pool
  • Resident and Medical Student Teaching
  • The hospital is a 160-bed acute care community hospital employing more than 300 medical providers
  • Provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures
