Flagpoles Etc. has been manufacturing, supplying, and installing high-quality flagpoles and flags across the United States since 1991. We work with municipalities, contractors, schools, corporations, property managers, and homeowners, providing everything from residential installations to large commercial projects.
We are seeking a Commercial/Residential Sales Representative to help drive revenue growth through inbound opportunities, project bidding, proactive outreach, and local relationship development.
This role combines inside sales with outside relationship building and is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also developing new business.
 Position Overview
The Commercial Sales Executive will manage a mix of inbound inquiries, project quotes, and outbound relationship development.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing inbound residential and commercial sales inquiries and converting them into revenue
 • Preparing and submitting bids for commercial and municipal projects
 • Building relationships with contractors, facility managers, property managers, and local businesses
 • Conducting outside sales visits approximately one day per week
 • Quoting within established pricing and margin guidelines
 • Negotiating professionally while protecting profitability
 • Maintaining disciplined follow-up and managing an active sales pipeline
You will work closely with the Director of Sales and ownership on larger opportunities and project-based sales.
Ideal Candidate
The right candidate is comfortable balancing inbound sales activity with proactive business development and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
Preferred experience includes:
• Construction, building materials, industrial, or specialty product sales
 • B2B or project-based sales environments

Compensation & Benefits
