As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in driving Swivl's growth in K-12 education. Partnering with our energetic Sales team, you'll focus on developing new opportunities within school districts for our cutting-edge Reflectivity and Mirror products

What You'll Do:

  • Generate new prospects and nurture existing prospects through outbound phone calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targets
  • Execute outbound campaigns regularly developed on your own or in collaboration with account managers and management
  • Meet weekly call requirements
  • Achieve weekly sales goals by setting qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Provide enough information from your qualification call to make the meeting a success
  • Regularly participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Follow up with and qualify inbound leads in a timely manner
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Have:

  • 1+ years of sales development/sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous K-12 teaching experience
  • Experience in education industry (K-12 & higher ed), SaaS preferred
  • Excellent phone, written and verbal skills
  • Well organized with efficient time management skills
  • Eager to collaborate
  • Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to exceed sales objectives
