Sales Development Representative - Townsquare Interactive
Location: In-office role at our Uptown Charlotte office

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities for Townsquare Interactive through a mix of inbound lead management and outbound cold calling. Using AI-powered business insights and targeted lead data, you'll connect with business owners, uncover their goals and challenges, and show them how our digital marketing solutions can help grow their business. You'll qualify opportunities, spark meaningful conversations, and execute warm transfers to Account Executives for live demos-while building the communication, discovery, and sales skills needed to grow into a closing role.

What You'll Do:
  • Connect with inbound leads who have expressed interest in our digital marketing solutions, as well as highly targeted outbound prospects
  • Make 250+ outbound calls per day, engage with 40-50 business owners, and generate 3+ qualified demo transfers daily
  • Conduct live warm transfers to Account Executives for scheduled product demonstrations
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance expectations
  • Work closely with your Sales Manager on coaching, development, and long-term career growth
