Job description

About The Bureau
The Bureau is the fastest-growing independent fashion week organization in the world, producing runway shows and cultural events across Los Angeles, New York, and Paris. We operate at the intersection of emerging design talent and a global luxury audience - giving independent designers the platform and infrastructure of a major fashion week.
We're building the future of fashion week from the ground up: proprietary technology, a world-class concierge experience, and a brand that competes with the biggest names in the industry.
The Role
We're looking for a driven, fashion-forward SDR to own our outbound pipeline for designer and brand partnerships. You'll be the first point of contact for the designers, labels, and exhibitors who want to show with The Bureau - qualifying leads, booking discovery calls, and handing off warm opportunities to our team.
This is a high-impact, in-person role based in Greenville, SC at a company moving fast.
What You'll Do
  • Identify and prospect emerging designers, fashion labels, and luxury brands across Instagram, LinkedIn, and industry directories
  • Execute outbound outreach via email and SMS to generate qualified leads for LAFW, NYFW, and Paris seasons
  • Qualify inbound designer inquiries and route them to the appropriate rep or booking flow
  • Book discovery calls and onboarding sessions for prospective exhibitors
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in our CRM
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging for each market season
  • Hit monthly targets for qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated
You'll Thrive Here If You
  • Have 1-3 years of SDR, BDR, or sales experience (fashion, events, media, or luxury a strong plus)
  • Are genuinely excited about fashion - you know who's showing at NYFW and why it matters
  • Are a confident, natural communicator in writing and on the phone
  • Are self-directed and comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment
  • Have experience with outbound sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
  • Are organized, data-driven, and take ownership of your numbers
Compensation & Perks
  • Base salary + commission (uncapped)
  • Complimentary access to Bureau shows across LA, NY, and Paris
  • Ground-floor opportunity at a rapidly scaling company
Our Seasons
  • New York Fashion Week - February & September
  • Paris Fashion Week - March & October
  • Los Angeles Fashion Week - March & October
