Location: In-office role at our Uptown Charlotte office
Kickstart Your Sales Journey-and Your Success Story!
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for business owners who have expressed interest in our services. You'll qualify inbound leads, spark meaningful conversations, and connect qualified prospects with our Account Executives to close the deal. Along the way, you'll sharpen your sales skills, master the art of discovery and objection handling, and build a foundation that prepares you to advance into a full-cycle closing role.

What You'll Do:
  • Master proven talk tracks to guide effective prospect conversations
  • Qualify inbound leads who have requested more information about our services
  • Make 250+ outbound calls per day, connect with 40-50 prospects, and complete 3+ qualified demo transfers
  • Execute live transfers to Account Executives for scheduled product demos
  • Collaborate with your Sales Manager to set and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals
